More than a decade ago, Ben Landaal walked into Kenny Padgett’s office unannounced, looking for an opportunity. That conversation led to Ben joining All-In Construction, where he spent five years developing his craft, learning the business, and growing as a leader. During that time, Kenny invested in Ben not just as a team member, but as someone being prepared for greater responsibility—shaping Ben’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and people-first leadership.
Years later, Ben launched Completely Transformed, carrying those lessons forward and building a company centered on faith, excellence, and intentional care for every client. Even as Ben and Kenny walked separate paths, they remained connected—encouraging one another, sharing lessons learned, and watching each other grow both personally and professionally.
In time, their journeys aligned again in a way neither could have planned, but both recognized as God’s direction. As Kenny looked toward the next chapter of his career, he and Ben saw an opportunity to unite their strengths and build something stronger together—combining All-In’s legacy and field-tested experience with Completely Transformed’s refined systems, design-forward process, and elevated client experience.
Today, this partnership brings 25+ years of remodeling expertise under the Completely Transformed name. It represents growth, friendship, and faith—and a commitment to deliver exceptional projects while investing in people, relationships, and the communities we serve.

About Our Name
Why the Name Completely Transformed?
We spent a lot of time developing the name Completely Transformed LLC. We prayed & thought hard about it as we knew we wanted it to be very meaningful. At the surface level, Completely Transformed means taking properties and completely transforming them into something of value and beauty. The second layer is that we know that God has brought us to create this company and we want to honor Him in all that we do. We wanted the name to be biblical:
Romans 12:2, NIV: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. … Romans 12:2, NASB: “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
The next layer is that we knew we had to commit to this company and our mission wholeheartedly which is why we used the word “Completely”.
We also did not want to limit the direction of the company. We did not want to be closed-minded, but be open to where God wants to take it.
We wanted to Completely Transform the lives of clients, vendors, end-users, employees, communities, our family & ourselves.
