You can typically expect a proposal to be ready within 7 days of your consultation. We’ll then invite you to our showroom for the Preliminary Scope + Cost Overview meeting. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, share feedback, and explore options. Our goal is to provide you with the information needed to better define and narrow down your priorities for the project scope and its associated costs.

At this stage, we’ll request a small retainer to begin a series of design meetings focused on refining the details of your project—including finishes, materials, and layout options. You’ll work directly with a designer, who will help you make informed selections and provide updated design elevations and renderings for your approval—ensuring all elements coordinate seamlessly.

From there, you’ll be able to view the job schedule, track progress, and see daily updates once construction begins. Behind the scenes, we’re finalizing construction documents, ordering materials, coordinating crew schedules, and arranging a project walk-through with your dedicated Project Manager—ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and timely launch. As construction begins, we take great care to protect your home and maintain a clean, respectful job site. You’ll have access to our team—including your Project Manager and Designer—for ongoing support, design check-ins, and project oversight. What kind of projects do you specialize in?
We specialize in full-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and outdoor living spaces. Every project is custom-crafted and uniquely different, but as a Certified Building Contractor we can manage any scope from interior to exterior, roof to windows, and more.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project, but we’ll provide a proposed schedule as we’ll as access to a live schedule via our Client Portal. Our goal is to deliver your transformation efficiently and with care. If you have a specific timeline it’s never too soon to start planning and mapping out a plan with us.
Will I receive a detailed design plan?
Yes. If you are selecting to use our in-house design services. You’ll receive a design plan in the form of technical drawings and documentation for approval as well as access to construction documents and/or specifications via our Client Portal. This may include elevation drawings, renderings, layouts, material selections, lighting plans, and more—serving as a guide for both you and the construction team.
I already have a designer—can we still work with you?
Yes! We’re happy to collaborate with outside designers. We respect and appreciate the detail designers add to a project and we enjoy collaboration with designers and trade partners. We’ll ensure a a cohesive transition and communication from concept to construction.
How do you keep projects on budget?
We work with you to define an investment range early on and provide transparent pricing that correlates with the scope, materials, and design selections. A detailed and organized pre-construction process helps us communicate pricing and define expectations —avoiding surprises and keeping your project on track.
What is the average cost of a renovation?
Renovation costs vary based on the size and scope of the project, but most of our clients invest between $40,000 and $250,000 for custom kitchen, bath, or whole-home renovations. During your consultation, we’ll help you understand what’s possible within your desired investment range, what’s included in our turn-key pricing, and tailor a plan that aligns with your goals. If we know your investment goal early on, we can guide you in achieving the best value, focused on your priorities.
Do you work with other trade professionals I already have in place?
We are open to these unique types of situations. While we prefer to work with our own trusted trade partners—who understand our process, share our standards, and help us guarantee our work— for the success of the project, we can collaborate where necessary with professionals you’ve already brought on board. Our goal is to maintain your vision while ensuring the project runs smoothly and meets the high level of quality our clients expect.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Ben Landaal, Owner/Contractor, has a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from John Brown University and is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida (CBC# 1263739). Our team brings decades of combined experience in construction, design, and custom renovation.
