We had significant water damage from Hurricane Ian and we struggled to find a contractor that would take on our extensive damage. Ben and his team at Completely Transformed were the one group that accepted the job and brought our home back to a livable state, but left it better than it had been before Ian. Highly recommend this group. Their project manager, Jacob, became a great friend during this process and made a point to go out of his way constantly for us, whether it was being an awesome listener, being discerning on the repairs of their team, or just coming by to see what else we might need. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We were referred to Ben and his team by a friend and we couldn’t be happier that we met Ben and Rudy. They were a pleasure to work with and extremely thorough. We were on a bit of a time crunch and they were able to get everything completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I greatly appreciated that they listened to our needs and provide us with suggestions about what would be best to modify our space. If there were any adjustments that came up during the process, they were very minor and were handled quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I want to give a big shout out to Rudy who was outstanding in managing our project. Ben, Paige, and their team were a dream to work with. I had some pretty big issues with my new home that were causing me angst and stress. Ben was quick to answer and show up. He and Paige gave me peace and reassurance in a stressful situation and immediately worked through a game plan with me. Ben communicated with me every step of the way keeping me informed of progress and timelines. If you’re thinking of hiring a contractor, look no further. We interviewed several contractors for a lounge and bathroom remodel. Ben is the owner, but I can confidently say this is the right team to hire. I cannot say enough good things. The subcontractors were professional, and polite. Ben’s project manager is one of the nicest people you would meet. They did an amazing job, and I could not be any happier. Their project manager, Rudy Valdez, ensured that all my needs were met while overseeing the team each day. Rudy was the first one to arrive and the last to leave, always.
