About Us
Why the Name Completely Transformed?
We spent a lot of time developing the name Completely Transformed LLC. We prayed & thought hard about it as we knew we wanted it to be very meaningful. At the surface level, Completely Transformed means taking properties and completely transforming them into something of value and beauty. The second layer is that we know that God has brought us to create this company and we want to honor Him in all that we do. We wanted the name to be biblical:
Romans 12:2, NIV: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. … Romans 12:2, NASB: “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
The next layer is that we knew we had to commit to this company and our mission wholeheartedly which is why we used the word “Completely”.
We also did not want to limit the direction of the company. We did not want to be closed-minded, but be open to where God wants to take it.
We wanted to Completely Transform the lives of clients, vendors, end-users, employees, communities, our family & ourselves.
Why Choose Completely Transformed?
We work with integrity, experience and creativity, from first contact through to the finished project. A renovation is a marathon, not a sprint. We take time with you, visualizing, researching and planning to ensure your renovation project runs smoothly from your dream to completion.

FAQ:
Why pay the markup and hire a Contractor to handle the project instead of hiring trades directly? Do you have the time to manage trades?
- Daily visits to the job site are important to ensure quality & to make sure that work is progressing so things do not get missed.
- The risk is completely on the Contractor to hire licensed & insured trades.
- The project goes quicker & smoother when there is a contractor running a project because that is what we do!
Why do I want to supply everything? It is in the client’s best interest to have Completely Transformed supply all materials & labor for a project. There are several reasons behind this:
- I am unable to warrant any materials that I do not supply.
- I am able to control timing & ordering of all materials
- I will pick up & deliver materials that I supply as needed.
- If there is a defective product or material at the time of the install and it is owner supplied, we may have to charge for the additional labor / trip.
What can you do to ensure that you are helping the project as much as possible?
- Be quick with your decisions & selections. The more consistent finishes you use, the more efficient projects will run.
- Be specific with your scope, budget & finishes.
- Be available to the contractor when there are questions.
- Verify their license here:
- Make sure they have proper insurances.
- Ask to see pictures of some of their recent work This is a big decision & commitment and you need to trust them fully as they control the time & expense of the project.
- Ensure that you will have consistent communication & project updates.
- Will they pull the permits? Be hesitant about contractors asking you to pull the permits for them.
